Military Road South Front Water Tanks

The South Front Barracks in Military Road were demolished in the 1960's by the Dover Corporation as they gradually destroyed or sold many parts of the Western Heights off to local companies. The three water tanks which were used to supply fresh water to the barracks still remain today.
