It stayed at Long’s Wharf, Thames barrier, as a museum until 1998 when it was moved to Folkestone. It was open in Folkestone until 2004 when it was moved to the River Medway in Rochester. It is currently waiting to be re-homed and hopefully opened to the public again. Unfortunately the submarine is listing to the side as there is a hole, submarine specialists have been called over from America hopefully will be able to fix this problem soon.
